There were several great Tottenham performances against Manchester City, but perhaps none better than Japhet Tanganga.
The boyhood Spurs fan was preferred to both Serge Aurier and Matt Doherty at right-back, and more than repaid the faith showed in him by Nuno Espirito Santo.
Not only did Tanganga contain Jack Grealish and Raheem Sterling, but he provided great support for Steven Bergwijn and was deservedly named man of the match.
