Dele Alli has given Tottenham a half-time lead against Wolves.

Despite Nuno Espirito Santo’s men being dominated for almost the entire first 45 minutes, Alli’s early penalty is the difference between the sides at Molineux.

And it was all about Alli, who was played through by Sergio Regulion, only to be fouled by Jose Sa inside the area.

However, Alli dusted himself down to tuck home the resulting spot-kick for his first Premier League goal since March 2020.

  1. These two 1-0 wins we’ve had although a great start and we couldn’t ask for anymore really, I do think we’re papering over the cracks, we rode our luck today, how Wolves never scored I’ll never know. A few big mistakes again from the defence but we got away with them. We are screaming out for a left footed centre back and another striker at the very least, we could also do with a creative midfielder who has that killer pass and if I’m being greedy, we could do with a right back too, Tanganga did have another good game and had a hard time with Traore but he managed to cope as he did last week. Last week of the window, lets hope we don’t get left short again by Levy, we’re only a few players short of a good team. COYS !!!

  2. Spurs hopeless today but luckily win through penalty
