Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg has scored just his second Tottenham goal to draw them level against Rennes.
Lucas Moura’s deflected effort put Nuno Espirito Santo’s team ahead in the early stages in (here), but a goal either side of half-time turned the game on its head and put Spurs on course for two consecutive defeats.
However, moments after Spurs fell behind, Hojbjerg was in the right place to convert from close-range after Matt Doherty’s cross landed at the midfielder’s feet.
Watch below.
Hojbjerg pops up with a deft equaliser for Spurs when they really needed some inspiration… ?
There's a stroke of luck with the deflected cross, but it's a composed finish from the Dane! ⚽#UECL pic.twitter.com/JOjjDk03YE

That was so poor, just shows how weak we are in our squad, still no creativity, no second striker, no left footed centre back and a manager with no clue, and whoever scouted Emerson needs to be sacked, he’s just a poor Aurier. Levy hasn’t addressed any of our problems we started the summer with. Bad leadership. Levy and Lewis OUT !!
