The north London derby could be played in the second week of May, according to Football.London.

It was originally meant to be played in January, although Arsenal were successful in their attempts to postpone the fixture following a lack of players available, and the match is yet to be rescheduled.

Many thought the rearranged date would be in April, although when Sky and BT announced their live fixtures, Arsenal’s trip to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium wasn’t on the list.

With the Gunners just three points clear in the battle for the top four, the game is likely to be crucial as to who might end up playing in the Champions League next season.

And Football.London believe that the match could be scheduled for the week commencing 9 May, which would be each club’s third from last game of the season, although an official date hasn’t yet been confirmed.

Tottenham finish their campaign with a home game against Burnley and a trip to Norwich on the final day.
