Spurs may have been sweating on the fitness of Emmanuel Adebayor and Moussa Dembele ahead of tonight’s Europa League Cup tie but our opponents have far more cause for concern ahead of the first leg. Inter Milan could be without five first team players at White Hart Lane this evening.

Inter’s boss Andrea Stramaccioni has called six youth team players into his squad as cover for a list of players that includes Matías Silvestre ,Yuto Nagatomo ,Andrea Ranocchia, Walter Samuel and Fredy Guarin.

Silvestre and Nagamoto are definitely out while there are serious doubts over the remaining three.

“This is a very important game for us, but unfortunately we have lots of injuries,” Stramaccioni said.

“We gave a few of them tests this morning, but most of them are still struggling and we don’t want to risk anyone.

“The Europa League is important, but we don’t want anyone to get longer-term injuries. Our main target is third place in our league.

“That’s why we brought six young players here. It’s going to be difficult.”

Meanwhile, Spurs may have both Moussa and Ade in tonight’s squad but how much will these issues affect Inter as they approach tonight’s match?
