We’ve occasionally mentioned Alex Pritchard on this site and those that have followed his progress on loan at Swindon Town would have been impressed with the midfielder in 2013-14 – particularly if you had only seen a compilation of his free kicks.
At the end of the campaign, Robins boss Mark Cooper praised the 21 year old and hinted that it was time for him to move up.
After making his first team debut against Aston Villa at the very end of last season, many of us are hoping that Mauricio Pochettino gives Pritchard a chance but it seems that a number of Championship clubs could be hovering.
Wolves and others would be aware of the situation at Spurs and the lack of vacancies in the White Hart Lane midfield and having watched Alex last season, it’s reported that some are ready to make a move.
Of course, a loan deal could be the most logical step of all but if you’ve had a chance to watch Alex Pritchard then what’s your opinion – keep and play, loan or sell?

The idea is to produce players rather than having to buy them. Pritchard is one of the most highly rated of a highly rated bunch – unless there is some inside information (well, is there?) that he has plateaued, and will now begin a descent into mediocrity, why would it be a good idea to sell him now?

Fabregas is good. Really good. He had a good foundation at a great club in North London. And he’s joining a respectable team. The same can’t be said of TottenBum.
