Twitter reacts as Dembele signs new contract

If there was an award for the most improved player of the season at Spurs, then Mousa Dembele would surely walk it.

Clearly possessing immense talent, Dembele has nevertheless struggled to make a real impact at White Hart Lane since his move from Fulham in 2012, but has been transformed this season.

Now one of the most important players in Mauricio Pochettino’s team, the 28-year old Dembele has today been rewarded with a new contract that will keep him at the club until 2019. Here’s how Twitter reacted to the news.
