The Daily Mail have reported that Spurs are tracking the Peru winger Christian Cueva.

They claim that club scouts were watching Cueva in Peru’s match against Uruguay last week, in which the 24-year old won his 13th cap.

Cueva was Peru’s brightest star in the 2015 Copa America, in which he was named in the Team of the Tournament and helped his nation to a third-place finish.

Said to be rated at £15m by his Mexican club Toluca, the 5ft 6″ star can play across the attacking midfield positions, but is most often used on the left from where the right-footed player can cut inside. Watch him in action below.
