Chances were in short supply in the first half of Tottenham’s clash with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. But there was petulance and pettiness aplenty in a feisty first half of rash tackles and silly challenges.

It was timely, then, that Spurs opened the scoring with a beautifully worked goal. Christian Eriksen and Erik Lamela combined superbly to play in Harry Kane, who rounded Asmir Begovic and cooly slotted home to give the visitors the lead.

Here’s the goal.
