It’s been a bright start to the Olympics for our own Heung-Min Son, with the South Korean scoring his second goal of the tournament tonight against Germany.
With the score 2-1 to Germany, Son scored a brilliant goal in the 57th minute, nutmegging the keeper to level the scores. South Korea would take the lead, but the Germans eventually equalised and the game ended 3-3.

With South Korea having already beaten Fiji 8-0 – Son scored from the penalty spot – they are now in a good position to qualify for the knockout stages. They top Group C on goal difference and now must face Mexico in the final game.
