You might have thought that Dele Alli’s wondergoal against Crystal Palace last season was a never-to-be-repeated one-off, but Harry Winks has pulled off a pretty good impression of the famous strike.
Winks was set the task of replicating Alli’s goal as part of BT Sport’s Goals Recreated feature. Kyle Walker was putting in the crosses, with Kevin Wimmer providing the cushioned header. After that, it was up to Winks to channel his inner Dele.
The 20-year old did a pretty good job, though it’s worth pointing out that there were no defenders around to put him off. Watch Winks in action below.
