Tottenham scored two goals in three minutes to take a 2-0 lead early in the second half of the north London derby against Arsenal.

After a tight first half, in which Spurs missed two golden chances to take the lead through Dele Alli and Christian Eriksen, the hosts took control quickly after the break.

First Alli was on hand to tuck in after Petr Cech saved Christian Eriksen’s effort from close range.

Just two minutes later, Harry Kane was brought down in the penalty area and Tottenham were awarded a spot-kick, which the striker converted.

  1. 2-0 and 13 minutes left.I doubt the gunners can salvage a draw,
In a way its better the gunners don’t qualify for the cl.
They are there to make up the nos and the repeated failure to go beyond the ko
stage shows Wenger aint up to the job.
