Tottenham loanee Josh Onomah was on the wrong side of a thumping as Aston Villa fell to a 3-0 defeat at Cardiff City in the Championship on Saturday.
But it wasn’t all bad for Onomah. At one point, the 20-year-old produced a wonderful piece of skill to get round his marker and put Villa on the front foot. You can watch it happen below.
The best part is the home crowd’s reaction. They initially cheer as Onomah loses the ball, but they’re awestruck by how he retains possessions straight afterwards.
Onomah signed a new contract with Spurs earlier this month before joining Villa on a season-long loan.
He will get a good grounding on loan . Like Harry did . So its looking bright for our future .
