Manchester City youngster Jadon Sancho is keen on a move to Tottenham, according to ESPN.

Reliable Spurs journalist Dan Kilpatrick reports that the 17-year-old is eager to leave Manchester City “because he believes his route to the first team is blocked.”

Sancho has one year left on his scholarship deal at the Etihad. Reports earlier this month suggested he had turned down a new deal worth £30,000-a-week.

The attacker is from London and apparently wants to return to the capital.

He has also been linked with Arsenal, but Tottenham appear to be his preferred destination. Kilpatrick suggests Sancho thinks he has a better chance of playing for the first-team at Spurs.
