A couple of weeks ago a Swedish TV promo for Tottenham’s Champions League clash with Dortmund emerged, proving the Scandinavians do things a little differently when it comes to football advertising.
Well if you thought that was bizarre, feast your eyes on the Spurs v West Ham promo currently running on South Korean broadcaster SBS Sports.
Son Heung-Min and Mauricio Pochettino have been superimposed (badly) into some sort of Korean gangster film, in which Son is persuaded to get up off the floor and fight… West Ham striker Javier Hernandez.
It’s all very strange, but it’s well worth a watch.
