Paris Saint-Germain are eager to sign Tottenham target Ryan Sessegnon this summer, according to The Mirror.

Spurs have been repeatedly linked with a move for the 17-year-old who has been a revelation for Championship side Fulham over the last two seasons – Manchester United are also believed to be fond of him.

Fulham have done well to hold on to the left-back for this long, but their resolve could be truly tested if PSG’s interest is genuine.

The report suggests Fulham now value Sessegnon at around £30 million. Have Tottenham left it too late?

  1. I keep hearing on mass media that Spurs are “desperate to win silverware”, though no evidence is ever offered for this supposed ‘desperation’. Now here is PSG supposedly “desperate” to sign a teenage footballer, though no evidence is offered for this desperation by a club that shells out £200m without any qualms. Then it says that PSG are “eager”, which is not exactly ‘desperation’, while Manchester United are “fond of” the same player. NB The word ‘desperate’ is used to excess.
