Tottenham have made enquiries about the availability of Liverpool striker Danny Ings, according to the Mirror.
Ings was originally linked with Spurs before he joined Liverpool in 2015 when his contract was set to expire at Burnley.
He ended up choosing Merseyside over north London, but injuries have marred his Liverpool career so far.
The 25-year-old has made only 25 appearances for the Reds over three seasons, scoring just four times.
According to the Mirror, Ings has rejected moves in each of the last three transfer windows.
But the former Bournemouth striker is believed to be eager to leave Liverpool this summer in search of first-team football elsewhere.
And the Mirror suggests Tottenham is a possible destination.
The report claims Spurs, Crystal Palace, Newcastle United, Southampton and Inter Milan have all enquired about Ings’ availability in recent times.
Tottenham are reportedly on the lookout for a striker to provide cover and competition for Harry Kane.
However, Ings’ injury record and lack of goals for Liverpool is likely to put Mauricio Pochettino off making a move at this time.
