Tottenham have been scouting Bournemouth winger Ryan Fraser, according to the Mirror.

Fraser has been in fine form this season, scoring six goals and providing 10 assists in 32 Premier League appearances so far.

The Mirror claims Arsenal have added Fraser to their summer shortlist in an attempt to improve their squad going into the 2019/20 campaign.

However, the Londoners are said to face competition from Spurs, who have sent scouts to watch Fraser with a view to a possible move for the 25-year-old.

Where Fraser ends up could depend on which of his suitors qualifies for the Champions League.

Arsenal leapfrogged Tottenham into third in the Premier League on Monday night with a 1-0 victory over Newcastle United at the Emirates.

Spurs suffered their fourth defeat in five league games against Liverpool on Sunday but will be hoping to rediscover some form after moving into their new stadium.

Finishing in the top four will improve Mauricio Pochettino’s chances of attracting important signings this summer, so beating Crystal Palace on Wednesday is a must.
