Manchester United will revive their interest in Tottenham Hotspur star Christian Eriksen if Paul Pogba leaves Old Trafford this summer, according to the Independent.

Eriksen and Pogba have both been linked with Real Madrid but there have been suggestions the duo could be priced out of moves and end up staying at their current clubs.

However, Pogba is also said to be a target for Juventus and Paris Saint-Germain, so the Frenchman could still be on the move before the current transfer window closes.

If that happens, the Independent claims United will make a move for Eriksen, who has just one year left on his contract with Spurs.

That said, the Red Devils may struggle to attract Eriksen due to a lack of Champions League football, and it is believed the Dane has a contract offer on the table at Tottenham.

Over the weekend, Mauricio Pochettino said he hopes Eriksen will remain a Spurs player for the 2019/20 season but admitted he is unsure what the future will bring.

Right now, Tottenham’s chances of keeping Eriksen look to be about 50/50. It could be a stressful few weeks for the Londoners.
