Tanguy Ndombele didn’t take long to make his mark in a Tottenham shirt, as he set up an equaliser against Juventus, having come on as a second-half substitute.
Spurs’ record signing pounced on a poor pass from Juventus and with his first touches since joining the club, ran at the Juve defence, before playing a perfect ball across the area. Moura’s pace saw him reach that ball and the Brazilian produced another calm finish to make it 2-1.
Tottenham had taken the lead in the first-half, before Juventus went 2-1 up through goals from Gonzalo Higuain and Cristiano Ronaldo. Watch the equaliser that made it 2-2 below.
Tanguy Ndombele's first touch for Tottenham Hotspur is an assist for Spurs winger Lucas Moura.
