Juventus are closely monitoring Tottenham forward Heung Min Son – and sent scouts to watch the South Korean international in action during Spurs’ 2-1 defeat to in the Premier League Liverpool at Anfield on Sunday.

Son has been in excellent form for Tottenham this season, although he endured an highly frustrating afternoon on Merseyside, striking the crossbar twice, including a pivotal moment when he rounded Alisson Becker, missing the chance to add to his five Tottenham goals this season.

Tottenham will be reluctant to sell Son, who has more than three-years left on the long-term deal he signed last July and has been one of their most important players over the last few seasons and continues to be in Mauricio Pochettino’s best side.

But that hasn’t stopped the Italian champions from trying their luck – and according to Italian outlet Tuttosport, Son was one of three players that scouts were closely watching at Anfield – the other two were Christian Eriksen and Liverpool’s Mohammed Salah, who scored the winner from the penalty spot, but the Korean is thought to be high on their priority list.

  1. Not gonna happen. Juve never pay full wack for anyone. They just sniff around tapping them up till they are out of contract!
