Tottenham laboured to a 1-1 draw in the FA Cup fourth round against Southampton on Saturday, but there were a couple of moments to remember in an otherwise uneventful tie.
Japhet Tanganga brilliantly cleared off the line to prevent Southampton from going ahead (watch here) and Son Heung-min scored a well-taken goal to give Spurs the lead (watch here) before Sofiane Boufal’s late equaliser.
The standout player, though, was Giovani Lo Celso who played a part in the goal and edged closer to convincing Tottenham to make his loan move permanent.
Jose Mourinho said as much after the game, suggesting Lo Celso’s form has made the decision easy for the club. Watch below.
