Toby Alderweireld’s late header ensured that the first ever north London derby at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium was a memorable one for Jose Mourinho’s side.
It’s been a relitavely miserable campaign for Tottenham – and that theme looked set to continue against their arch rivals when Frenchman Alexandre Lacazette hammered the Gunners into an early lead.
However, Heung Min Son soon levelled before Spurs’ Belgian defender climbed highest from Son’s corner to complete the turnaround and lift Mourinho’s men above Arsenal and up to 8th.
