Jose Mourinho has confirmed his starting XI as Tottenham travel to Stoke City with a place in the last-four of the League Cup up for grabs.
Despite a hectic festive period upcoming, the Spurs has named a strong side at the Bet365 Stadium – making seven changes from the side that were beaten by Leicester on Sunday.
Three of those alterations are in the back-four as Matt Doherty, Davinson Sanchez and Ben Davies are all handed starts, whilst Hugo Lloris is preferred to Joe Hart, despite his recent involvements in the Europa League.
In midfield, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg keeps his place alongside Harry Winks, who makes his first domestic start since the draw with Newcastle United back in late-September.
Meanwhile, Dele Alli is also handed a rare opportunity from the start, supporting an exciting frontline of Lucas Moura, Gareth Bale and Harry Kane, who makes his first appearance in the Carabao Cup since the first leg semi-final against Chelsea back in January 2019.
Serge Aurier, Giovani Lo Celso and Tanguy Ndombele aren’t involved, although Erik Lamela returns to the bench.
