Dele Alli has addressed the Tottenham faithful for the first time since his deadline day move to Everton was confirmed.

Following weeks of speculation, the 25-year-old finally sealed a move away from North London and joined Frank Lampard’s side on a permanent basis.

Alli leaves the club having been a key part over the last seven years and moves on with an outstanding record of 67 goals and 61 assists across all competitions, with his final goal a penalty against Mura in the Europa Conference League back in September.

The last couple of years have been tough for the midfielder, with Premier League starts few and far between and only two since October, but overall, he’s been a wonderful servant over the best part of six-and-a-half seasons.

Alli will be back at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in just over a month when Everton visit North London on 7 March.

Below is his message on Twitter.
