Tottenham begin their end of season mini-tour with a match against Malaysia XI, before meeting Sydney FC on Saturday.
Spurs ended the Premier League season last weekend with a 1-0 win against Everton at Goodison Park, with Harry Kane netting the only goal.
Kane retains his place up front, as does Hugo Lloris in goal. Pochettino goes with a back four of Rose, Vertonghen, Dier and Yedlin.
