Dele Alli was on the scoresheet on his return from suspension, opening the scoring for Tottenham in their Premier League clash with West Brom.
Spurs had started well, but Albion looked a threat on the break despite setting up defensively. Rondon failed to convert the hosts’ best chance, though.
The visitors broke the deadlock on 15 minutes when Alli latched onto a wonderful long ball from Toby Alderweireld, volleying through the legs of the West Brom goalkeeper.
