Harry Kane has told Tottenham he wants to leave the club this summer, according to the Guardian.

The newspaper’s story says Kane ‘has activated step two’ of his plan to leave. The report suggests sources close to Kane are claiming the striker has informed Spurs of his decision to depart in the coming transfer window.

It is thought Kane wants to remain in England. Manchester United, Manchester City and Chelsea would apparently all be interested in taking him. However, the England captain is said to be open to the idea of playing in Spain.

With all of that said, it seems there is still a chance Kane will remain at Tottenham beyond the summer, simply because of his huge valuation. Daniel Levy’s stance is still believed to be that the 27-year-old is not for sale.

All of which means we are likely in for weeks of rumours and conjecture around Kane’s future. The only way that will be avoided is if Spurs look to sell their talisman quickly.

But with Levy holding out for a massive fee, the saga is unlikely to end any time soon.

  1. Kane is contracted to 2024, happy to take the money each week,so unless we get 150 mill keep him for another year.
1 year down the line, the world is more financially stable, 2 years still left on contract, still get 120 mill

    • We tried that with eriksen did not go well. Kane should be allowed to leave in the summer he owes tottenham nothing only player to give all. This situation we are in is the making of Daniel levy. He never backs a manager with the correct players instead shopping in pound land or buying players he wants not who the manager wants. Go kane and win something somewhere because one trophy in 20yrs of enic and levy/Lewis says it all.

      • I agree i think Kane has been very loyal to spurs he could have tried to leave last summer. At 28 years old he has to think about his future as you only get one career.

  2. Nobody is mentioning that Levy and his band of men must be rubbing their hands at the thought of Kane going for a fortune. After all a lot of money will be coming into the coffers and that is all that counts.Certain the money won’t be re invested in the team and even if it were, he would be buying 2nd rate players.
I appeal to all fans to boycott the club; don’t buy tickets or merchandise.

  3. Everybody and his uncle al, know what Harry Kane is going to do. It’s funny isn’t it, the legend that is Harry Kane hasn’t said a word about leaving to anyone gathering I’m aware of!

  4. It will be very sad for Kane to leave but any how he is loyal to spurs wish him the best we will miss you if u decide to leave for God sake pls don’t leave
