Spurs look cracking value at 1.73 with William Hill to make their class tell and beat Leeds United in their fourth round FA Cup tie at Elland Road.

The two clubs have faced each other five times in the competition before, with Leeds winning just one tie (sixth round in 1972).

Andre Villas-Boas’ side also come into the game unbeaten in eight matches, winning five and drawing three.

They put in a really solid effort to share the spoils with Man United last weekend, and a similar professional performance should see them comfortably book their place in the next round.

It’s fair to say that Leeds will put up a fight, as Neil Warnock’s team have conceded just three goals in their last seven home games against Championship opposition.

However the gulf in class between the Championship and the Premier League was highlighted in no uncertain fashion when Chelsea beat them 5-1 in the Capital One Cup, and in their present mood I fully expect Spurs to land the odds.

After no goals in his first 13 games in the competition, Gareth Bale has scored in three successive FA Cup games and that makes him look a bit of value in the first goalscorer market at 6 with Coral and William Hill.

He can also be backed at a best of 2.4 with Blue Square and sportingbet to net anytime and that makes plenty of appeal as other firms go as short as 2.25.

Another interesting bet is for Spurs to win to nil at a whopping 10 with Betfred as they have kept three clean sheets in their last four away FA Cup games.

That price is clearly a rick as they are as short as 2.88 to do so in a place, and a best of 3.25 with Ladbrokes (without Betfred).

I fancy Spurs to win 2-0, and that is priced up at 9 with William Hill.
