Sherwood is NOT the idiot some Spurs fans have tried to label him as (after RECENT results) he is just learning the (management) game. He was ALWAYS going to make some mistakes along the way. As long as he uses his errors as tools to evolve, I am sure Tim can have a VERY successful career in management.
