With three games of the season to go and only a Europa League place at stake, it’s time For Mauricio Pochettino to experiment.

Rather than play Federico Fazio at centre-back – a player that Pochettino clearly doesn’t trust – and Eric Dier at right-back, why not give DeAndre Yedlin a chance to prove that he’s ready to provide back-up for Kyle Walker next season?

Further forward we’d retain the same midfield that impressed in the defeat to Manchester City. Here’s our Spurs team to face Stoke. What’s yours?

  1. Makes sense to me. Fazio has not adapted to the English game. Give Yedlin a chance; we’ve nothing to lose and lots to gain.

    • Agree completely. Give Dembele a few games and a chance to show his quality so when we sell him in summer we can get at least what we paid for him.

  2. Lloris
    Dier Fazio vertonghen rose
    Stambouli paulinho
    lamela eriksen chadli
    Adebayor

Strong players are needed against stoke and adebayor should get one more chance

  3. Keeper and back four I agree with, but let’s experiment elsewhere. Stambouli in front of them and behind Dembele and Paulinho with Townsend, Lamela supporting Chadli up top.

  4. Let’s have a go Lamela up top as he was for Roma when we pay all that cash for him…

    Hugo
    Yedlin Verts Dier Rose
    Townsend Dembele Bentaleb Chadli
    Lamela Kane

  5. Most of the team speaks for itself, but against Stoke the strongest players should be involved. Very few players in the world (seriously) are as strong as Dembele – have him in place of Mason.

  6. You have to go with Fazio for his height against Stoke or we will be conceding faster than we can score the other end
