It’s the last game of the season and while there’s not much to play for there are some talking points in regards to Mauricio Pochettino’s selection.

Injuries mean that the back four is likely to feature Eric Dier at right-back, Federico Fazio and Jan Vertonghen in the centre and Danny Rose at left-back.

In midfield Nabil Bentaleb will partner Ryan Mason but it is further forward where Pochettino could experiment. Erik Lamela is slowly getting better and has been finding success when he cuts inside into central positions.

With Christian Eriksen looking jaded, is there an argument for dropping him and playing Lamela in the centre? The other option is to switch Eriksen to the left where he has had some of his best moments this season.

That of course creates a problem with Nacer Chadli who has been back amongst the goals in recent weeks. We think that there’s no reason why Chadli couldn’t flourish on the right. The main strength of his game are the way he times his runs into the box and that that shouldn’t be affected by the flank he plays on.

Here’s our Spurs team to face Everton. What’s yours?
