When a player that has no future at your club moves away on loan, you tend to hope that they do well so that the move can become permanent.
Unfortunately we have to break it to Spurs fans that Federico Fazio’s debut for Sevilla could not have gone any worse. Have moved back to his former club, the Argentine was sent off after just 24 minutes for two bookable offences, as Sevilla drew 1-1 with Celta Vigo.
This will probably come as little surprise to those that remember Fazio’s debut for Tottenham, in which he was sent off against Manchester City. Let’s hope that he can turn things round and win a permanent move back to Spain.
