It’s fair to assume that most Spurs fans became very familiar with the qualities of Jurgen Klopp’s Borussia Dortmund side as they achieved great success in Germany and in Europe.
Klopp left the club in 2015 after a poor season by his own high standards. Replacing him was Thomas Tuchel, another highly rated German coach who like Klopp made his name at Mainz.
