Tottenham travel to Leicester City on Thursday evening for their penultimate match of the season.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side have just about nothing to play for — they can move neither up or down from second place in the Premier League.

There’s still a good chance the Argentine will put out his best possible side in a bid to get one one over on Foxes, who memorably beat Tottenham to the title last season.

With Kyle Walker (ankle) and Kieran Trippier (concussion) both out, Spurs have no recognised right-backs available, so the usual system might be tweaked a little.

Pochettino could be forced to use Moussa Sissoko in a right wing-back role. It might be the Frenchman’s final appearance in a Tottenham shirt.

Mousa Dembele has struggled to play 90 minutes lately due to a foot problem, so Eric Dier will probably partner Victor Wanyama in central midfield, dropping into a back three when needed.

A defensive set-up will allow Sissoko to solely concentrate on getting forward. Dembele’s absence also means Heung-Min Son can retain his place next to Dele Alli, behind Harry Kane, with Christian Eriksen dropping slightly deeper.

Here’s our team to face Leicester. What’s yours?

  1. Sissoko never starts. Dembele starts in midfield and Dier centre back alderiwrled right back. I Dembele does not start, pay Wimmer centre back and Alderweireld right back. If walker and/or Trippier are fit, start walker (not if he’s not for adm Trippier is)
I miss Danny Rose so badly
