Serge Aurier would be tempted to leave Tottenham if a Chinese Super League club comes in for him, according to reports in France.

Spurs have already lost one player to China this month with Mousa Dembele joining Guangzhou R&F.

And now, France Football journalist Nabil Bjellit claims Aurier could follow Dembele east.

It is believed Aurier would consider a move to China if an approach was made, but there is no indication of any interest as of yet.

Aurier joined Tottenham at the beginning of last season and has since been battling with Kieran Trippier for the right-back slot.

With Kyle Walker-Peters also coming through, there is argument to be made that Spurs don’t desperately need to retain Aurier’s services.

If the Londoners did receive an offer of £30 million or more, if would be interesting to see whether they would consider accepting it.

Aurier has proved to be a divisive figure among Tottenham fans since arriving in the summer of 2017, with some writing him off and others believe he is superior to Trippier.
