Tottenham have revealed the XI that will start against Manchester United as Premier League football returns to north London this evening.

As expected, Jose Mourinho has recalled three players who were injured when English football was put on hold back in March. Harry Kane, Son Heung-min and Moussa Sissoko all return to the starting line-up, giving Spurs a huge boost when it comes to their chances of beating United and reviving their battle for Champions League qualification.

More surprisingly, Toby Alderweireld is on the bench. Eric Dier and Davinson Sanchez start at centre-back in front of Hugo Lloris, with Ben Davies and Serge Aurier on the flanks. Sissoko and Harry Winks make up the midfield behind an attacking quartet of Kane, Son, Erik Lamela and Steven Bergwijn.

Mourinho will be able to call on the likes of Tanguy Ndombele, Giovani Lo Celso and Ryan Sessegnon from the bench. Jan Vertonghen is also among the substitutes amid ongoing uncertainty over his future.
