Gareth Bale’s assist for Daniel James helped get Wales up and running in their World Cup qualifying group this evening.
But the Welsh captain wasn’t the only Tottenham player on show in Cardiff – with Joe Rodon making yet another start on the international stage.
And just moments after Bale’s left-footed proved the difference at one end, Rodon’s crucial last-ditch block in stoppage-time at the other was just as important.
