Tottenham have been fairly lucky with injuries this season, so perhaps it’s no surprise that this run of luck had to run out eventually.
Danny Rose has withdrawn from the England squad with an injury and must surely now be a doubt for Spurs’ match with Burnley at the very least. Rose has been Tottenham’s most consistent defender this season and arguably the most improved player in the team. Here’s how Twitter reacted to the news.
