Tottenham dominated the early stages of their Premier League clash with Burnley at White Hart Lane, going close through Dele Alli and Christian Eriksen.

But it was the Clarets who took the lead midway through the first half.

Spurs looked all at sea at the back. The ball eventually fell to Ashley Barnes who made no mistake from close range.

The hosts were soon back on level terms, though. Kyle Walker’s excellent cross was met by the incoming Alli who finished well into the bottom corner.
