Harry Kane officially introduced himself to Europe on Wednesday evening with a match-winning display in Tottenham’s 3-1 over Borussia Dortmund.
Spurs could hardly have made a better start to this season’s Champions League campaign, banishing their Wembley hoodoo with a hard fought victory over an impressive Dortmund side.
Kane scored either side of half-time to hand the hosts all three points. His general play was also excellent throughout, setting up Heung-Min Son’s opener on top of two or three more chances.
