Georges-Kevin N’Koudou could be on his way back to Ligue 1, according to reports in France.

The winger joined Tottenham in the summer of 2016 but failed to make an impression during his first season in England.

It doesn’t look like he’ll get much of a look in this term either, and French outlet Foot-Sur-7 believes Nantes could make a move for the 22-year-old in January.

The story suggests Nantes manager Claudio Ranieri is a fan of N’Koudou and thinks a January loan can be agreed with Spurs.

If N’Koudou wants to go, I say let him. The likes of Marcus Edwards and Anthony Georgiou can deputise in the wide positions if needed.
