Blaise Matuidi is a doubt for Juventus’ Champions League round of 16 clash with Tottenham due to a thigh strain, the Italian club have confirmed.
Spurs travel to Turin to face the Serie A champions next week in the first of two legs that will decide who progresses to the quarter-finals.
Paulo Dybala had already been labelled doubtful, while Matudi suffered a thigh strain in Juventus’s 7-0 league win over Sassuolo at the weekend.
“More tests are needed to better evaluate for how long he will be out,” the club said in a statement (via France24.com).
