Jamie Carragher jumped to the defence of Mauricio Pochettino during Sky Sports’ Monday Night Football broadcast.
Spurs suffered their first Premier League defeat since last month’s loss against Liverpool, going down 1-0 to champions Manchester City at Wembley.
Before the game, Carragher and Gary Neville discussed comments made by Pochettino over the weekend.
The Tottenham boss said he is currently experiencing his “worst feeling” since arriving at the club despite the Londoners making their best ever Premier League start.
But Carragher believes Pochettino is doing an “unbelievable” job with the funds he is being given. Watch below.
