Tottenham’s losing run in London derbies continued on Sunday following a 1-0 defeat at West Ham thanks to Michail Antonio’s late winner.

Here’s how every Tottenham player rated on the day.

Hugo Lloris, 7 – Came off his line well, but could do nothing about the goal.

Emerson Royal, 6 – Defended decently on the whole, but offered little going forward.

Cristian Romero, 8 – Tottenham’s best player on the day. Dominated Antonio for the most part and certainly didn’t deserve to be on the losing side.

Eric Dier, 7 – Like Romero, rarely troubled.

Sergio Reguilon, 5 – Crossed for Kane’s first-half chance, but tried a ridiculous piece of skill on the edge of his own box that led to West Ham’s winner.

Oliver Skipp, 7 – Made countless interceptions, but didn’t do enough in possession.

Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, 5 – He’s looked good in recent weeks, but very sloppy here and gave the ball away an awful lot.

Tanguy Ndombele, 6 – Played one excellent pass through for Son, but contributed to little after that.

Lucas Moura, 5 – Saw plenty of the ball, but did little with it.

Son Heung-min, 4 – Missed a great first-half chance when Ndombele played him though, but showed little after the break.

Harry Kane, 5 – Saw his header saved Lukasz Fabianski when he should have scored, but was anonymous in the second-half and failed to challenge Antonio for his goal.

Substitutes:

Bryan Gil, N/A – Not enough time to make an impact.

Giovani Lo Celso, N/A – Couldn’t get anything going.

Steven Bergwijn, N/A – Came on in stoppage-time.

  1. After the fiasco of last Thursday, Nuno should do the honourable thing and resign. Can he explain why he played a reserve 11 on Thursday.
As no coach with any brain will take on the poisoned chalice of the Spurs job, we might as well have no coach at all;can’t be any worse than have this idiot(I am minding my language here) in charge.

  2. The problem is what they eat before the match, they need to change the chef. Also, they need to cancel the warm up before the match to preserve their energy.

  3. The lack of goals in the second half of games. Thought we were ok for an hour. But last 30 mins was awful. Our passing and final ball were just awful. No urgency. Too happy at 0-0 for my liking. Manager changes it at 83 mins and 90 mins. That is appalling. We really lack a creative midfielder. Ndombele wasn’t bery good today. Our crossing was really poor. Never seen Kane and Son so quiet. Moura and Bergwin we know aren’t the finished article we need. I know Bergwin wasn’t even playing, but we need someone better in that front three and an Eriksen replacement behind them.

  4. All fans will soon realise what a “tosser” Nuno is.We should stay far away from Portuguese coaches as the 3 we have had have been catastrophic.Or is it just that Tottenham are unmanageable?

  5. LOL, who the hell scored these, they obviously didn’t watch the match. 4 London derby’s and 4 defeats. Not even a shot on target in the second half. After going 1 down you’d think they’d show some desire and go all out. The team is a joke, full of sub quality players that just aren’t good enough to wear the Spurs shirt. Levy has to take the blame, not only does he sign these players that don’t cut it but he also brings in a manager that has a brand of football that none of the fans enjoy, this after being promised he would bring in a manager that plays the brand of football all the fans want. Not only will Nuno not make Christmas at this rate, we have to get rid of ENIC and Levy or nothing is going to change. Over 20 years of failure under Levy, would he allow anyone managing to have 20 years of failure, NO, so why do us fans put up with it and believe things will change next season every year. The only way things will change is if we force out ENIC and Levy for good, they have to go.

  6. It is serious that Spurs badly need a new striker to partner with Kane as there were no striker at forward for 90 mins
Hojbjerb and Oliver Skulk play at defending area at most time which is not good
Why they always pass the ball to defenders all the time for 3 matches no create forward that is why Kane is doing nothing
