Before the first team’s terrific 3-1 win over Borussia Dortmund at Wembley on Wednesday night, Tottenham’s youngsters put in an impressive shift of their own.
Marcus Edwards captained Spurs to a 4-0 win over Dortmund’s U19s side.
The skipper scored twice as the hosts put in a display of the highest quality, much like the senior team later in the evening.
Edwards’ second goal, a wonderful individual run and a fine finish, is worth a watch.

Maybe we’ll see him given an opportunity in the first team when Spurs face Barnsley in the League Cup next week.
